Meet your Lifter workspace
Your Lifter workspace brings your AI specialists and the tools they use into one place. Start with a conversation, then configure access as your team’s needs grow.
Open your workspace
Section titled “Open your workspace”Use the workspace address supplied by your team or the Lifter team. Each organisation has its own address and sign-in. This help centre is shared; it does not sign you into your workspace.
If you do not have your workspace address or an account, ask your workspace administrator.
Find the right place
Section titled “Find the right place”| Area | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Workspace | Talk to a specialist and return to your conversations. |
| Specialists | View your specialists and manage their configuration if you have access. |
| Settings | Manage the workspace settings available to your role. |
The options you see depend on your role and your workspace configuration. If you cannot see a setting mentioned in a guide, check with your administrator.
Start with a clear task
Section titled “Start with a clear task”Open a specialist’s conversation and describe the result you want. Include the information the specialist needs and any boundaries on the work.
For example:
Help me draft a reply to this customer. Explain the next steps clearly and keep the tone friendly. Show me the draft before sending anything.
A specialist needs access to the relevant connected tools to act on your behalf. Describing a task does not grant that access.
Choose what to set up next
Section titled “Choose what to set up next”- Manage Google Chat to check an existing channel or pause it.
- Configure internet access for code run by a specialist.
- Understand blocked internet requests when a destination cannot be reached.
